In our 1 hour tween/teen workshops, we will cover the fundamentals of Parkour such as precision jumps and vaults, as well as more advanced movements such as arm jumps, wall runs and laches. There will be a focus on improving technique and flow, as well as plenty of healthy challenge and risky play. Max 8 students. Wear comfy clothes that allow free movement, and bring along your water bottle and sunscreen. Shoes are optional, however, please be aware that some surfaces will be rougher than others. *Please note that some venues do not have toilets. Location: The Scramble, Omodea Vista, Hammond Park, Perth. Wednesday 1pm.
I am an Australian Parkour Association qualified coach with a love for play and movement. I am passionate about sharing and exploring playful ways to move with people of all ages. Parents are always welcome to join in. (That's how I got started!)
