Breathwork in Perth.
INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Investment: $180 - $250 depending on the session (1:1, 1:2, or Breathwork & Movement).
Duration: 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours depending on the session.
Location: Studio H4, North Fremantle, Perth. Every Tuesday and Friday evening, all-day Saturday, and Sunday morning. Check my bookings page for all appointment types.
PACKAGES
Investing in a package is investing in yourself in more ways than one. You will receive a significant discount on your sessions, but more than that, you will have a consistent Breathwork practice with me by your side - completely supported and nurtured throughout your journey.
3 session package is $420 (save $120) 6 session package is $780 (save $300) 10 session package is $1200 investment (save $600)
All packages can be used within 12 months. ideally having a session at least once per month is best. *No refunds on packages barring extenuating circumstances).
It is best to dress comfortably for movement, and it is advised not to eat at least one hour before. *Breathwork is not always suitable for those with cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, those having had recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma or active spiritual emergency. If you are unsure if Breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your GP or health professional.

Group Breathwork in Perth.
GROUP BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Investment: $80 per person, max 5 people.
Duration: 2 hours.
Location: Studio H4, North Fremantle, Perth. Friday evenings, monthly.
It is best to dress comfortably for movement, and it is advised not to eat at least one hour before.

Investment: $150 per session.
Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours per session

Location: Outdoors at various urban and natural locations in and around Perth, Australia.
